The atmosphere felt more like entering a friend's home rather than a medical facility. Very comfortable, welcoming and friendly. Ben was top-notch. He took interest in understanding what issue I was having with my hip and made sure I was ok throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have an MRI
It was just an easy experience no stress
I felt so relaxed once to go to the front door when I saw that adorable dog Wayne! But seriously I was very relaxed and was treated very nicely. The man at the reception desk was very welcoming. Then I went with the technician and he made me so comfortable fluffing pillows music and talking to me after and before the scans I also loved the head phones.
