Ben was excellent! He was patient and very kind. Also, he helped alot by explaining the procedure thoroughly and gave good suggestions to be less anxious.The place had a relaxing feel to it, along with being very nicely decorated. Thank you!
Everyone was very nice and I was brought in right on time. It was a pleasant experience for someone who is very claustrophobic. The only thing I would suggest is noise canceling headphones for both the patient and the person with them. The music is a good idea but you can hardly hear it over the MRI noise.
My appointment was on time and the staff was very friendly.
