Great Experience Was initially apprehensive about the procedure but after Ben talked me through it and reassured me that at any time I had control to stop I was able to relax and continue without any issues, Kudos to Ben for his support and patience!

It's not just the open machine, the atmosphere upon entering is calming and the staff is very welcoming.
