Dave did an excellent job working with us for selling our rowhome and purchasing our dream home. We never felt pressured, he always gave honest insights and noticed things about the homes we never would have. It was a lot of work but he was always available to answer questions at any time and everything worked out just as we hoped it would. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Rachel and Scott Dunham

Working with Emily to sell my first home was such a seamless process! She was very open with things that I should focus on fixing to get my home prepared to list. Once listed, she communicated throughout the process and was able to get my home under contract much faster than I even expected. She was meticulous with everything and I couldn't have asked to work with a better agent! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

My man Randy!! What a great experience we had with him as our realtor!! Could not of been a smoother purchase of our new home with him he was great from the 1st day to the last !! Super knowledgeable motivated and all about making sure we got the home we wanted and for the best price!! Highly recommend him he is all around just an awesome person loved working with him and will be using him in any other real estate ventures in the future!!

Randy was amazing! We loved having him as our Realtor! He helped point us in the right direction while getting our house ready to sell. Our house sold in the first weekend of being on the market. Randy also went above and beyond in our home search and found us the perfect one. Settlement for both houses was smooth and done in the same day. He is considerate and knowledgeable. We aren't moving again for a very long time but I hope when the time comes, we can have Randy as our Realtor.

David and Emily were a great team! They were extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the area & home buying process. We had issues with my original lender and Emily was able to direct me to an excellent lender who got things done. She went above and beyond for me. Would highly recommend!!

Absolutely amazing! My wife and I were in desperate need of a bigger home and Dave came to the rescue. Dave went above and beyond and found our dream house off market by knocking on doors. Not only did he find our dream home, but the home buying process was very smooth. And did I mention Dave was also able to sell our house in three days? I can’t say enough good things about him. I highly recommend Dave and I can’t wait to work with him again.
