Long story short, let Dave help you buy a house. Don't look for another person to work with because you will not find a better one. We first met with Dave over the summer to start looking at house in the Canton area of Baltimore. Then we looked around Towson. Then we looked in Columbia. Then we looked in Catonsville. The we looked in Sparks! Caitlyn was fantastic! Extremely patient and responsive - ensuring I found the perfect house then helping coordinate the process smoothly til I got keys in hand. If I buy more houses, it will be with Caitlyn; can’t recommend her enough. We saw over 20 houses together, and she would send me recommendations based on what it is I was specifically looking to find. I am so happy with my house and Caitlyn made it happen.

Admittedly, I was very stressed about buying my first home. However, Caitlyn’s knowledge of the area and her experience made the process of buying my first home relatively stress free. I really enjoyed working with Caitlyn and will 100% use her again!
