Working with Emily made our first time home purchase such a great experience and especially considering the market we were dealing with. The thing I would say was the best part was that she was willing to take the time to hear our concerns. My boyfriend and I found Emily on the Live Baltimore website because we wanted our Baltimore City home search to be with a Realtor that lived in the city and LIKED it. The first time we met her she came to the meeting with a full PowerPoint about the home buying process. As we walked through the 100+year homes she was there pointing out things and teaching us how to look for signs of past floods and bad DIY.
