The people working in the office here are the best. Especially JoAnn. Super nice and extremely helpful and work to get you what you need. Very personal service not found at the chain storage companies.
I really like this storage facility! It's always maintained, clean and the staff are very nice. The prices are the cheapest I've found. I have been looking for storage online from the Scv to Burbank and this facility was the cheapest I found. Been with them for over a year now. Definitely recommend for sure.
Just moved here from the valley and was looking for a small unit for some belongings I couldn't fit into my apartment. Brian was very helpful in finding me a smaller 5x10 drive-up unit. The move in was fast and easy. The location is great too being right in the middle of Downtown Newhall.
