We'll I've used many storage places and this one is by far the best. No tricks or gimmicks just straight forward service. The price was fair and all my stuff feels safe. And Carl & Joanne are very friendly and helpful and eager to service your needs. No corporate Mumbo jumbo !! I highly recommend you check this place out !! Thanks guys

Joann and Carl are very helpful to us specially it's our first time renting a storage unit. They answered all our questions very kindly and very professional. They gave us ease of mind about renting a storage unit.

Very accommodating and helpful with more than we could've hoped. Painted the unit before we used it, everything we stored over the summer was in the same condition as when we left it. Got a great rate, and the supplies they have available are very reasonably priced.

I needed to get a small storage unit a few years back after moving my Dad. I chose this location because it was reasonably price & a small business. Joann was always available to answer any questions and she remembered me whenever I had a talk with her. I no longer have a need for storage. Move out was smooth and easy. I would definitely go back here if I have the need!

Newhall Valencia Mini Storage is probably the best storage company I've ever used. I kept my belongings there for almost three years and never once had any problems with safety or security. The property is very well-maintained and is very secure. They keep the gate, doors, and locks secure and regularly updated. There are cameras everywhere, and the staff monitors all the goings-on regularly. No riff-raff or bad elements here.
