Joanne was very helpful! I've been looking for an RV spot for a month. She put me on the waitlist and contacted me when the spot opened up. I'm very happy with my spot and the service I received upon my arrival. I look forward to many years of great customer service.

I don't often write reviews, but I feel that my experience with this business over the last couple of years has been outstanding. It didn't start out that way. The previous manager was rude and seemed to enjoy bullying the customers. I hated having to talk to him. Joann has been so pleasant and helpful and does anything she can to make the experience easy. I'm grateful for her help and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Newhall-Valencia Mini Storage.

Update: This storage facility was fair and honest about correcting a increase in my rental fee. I had received an increase in rental fees after a month of using this facility and I brought it to the attention of their customer service department and they quickly corrected the mistake which I'm very happy to report because other than this isolated incident, I've been extremely happy with the services provided and the rental unit itself. I have been a customer for years now and am getting ready to move. throughout the entire time, the facility has been clean, safe and easy to get to get in and out of. One particular person, Joanne, has been there as long as I have. She has always been friendly and helpful. I have been very pleased with the new management team that is in place now. The previous manager had a grouchy demeanor, rude. The new manager, Joann, is a great addition to this company. She's friendly, helpful, and is constantly cleaning or sweeping the grounds. Her work ethic is something I don't see in people anymore. She is a valuable asset to your company.
Passed this page by accident and just could not let them get away with these faux reviews. If you note all these recent reviews are with in a small window of time this year and worded very specifically and very detailed for 'people' using a storage facility in passing, so either they are friends, management or provoked to write a review as new tenets - so they don't know jack. I am so glad I found this place! Joanne is a wonderful person and takes care of our storage needs as though we are family! They are conveniently located reasonably close to the 5 and 14 Fwy's and easy to get to. The facility is clean and organized. Security cameras are located everywhere protect your stored items. Five star service, AAA+++ rated.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Brian was very attentive and I was able to make payments easily over the phone. Definitely recommend for everyone's storage needs!
Great, clean location with a lot of availability. Easy to find and easy to navigate the yard. Brian helped us set up a couple of large drive up units for our client. Very well maintained property.
