This is based on my experience of the fit for my husband. His needs for supervision were greater than this large facility could provide with less than ideal staffing ratio. He was not bathed consistently nor shaved daily. Everyone was very kind, though, but some caregivers were not intelligent and one made a bad decision to heat his food in the microwave on a styrofoam plate which melted the edge!!! This facility feels like "home." The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Very involved in their residents care. One of the best community I've ever seen.
