We went on a Tuesday night, so it was relatively quite. The service was very attentive and our waitress did a nice job explaining the different dishes. We went outside the box and tried some of her recommendations. We would go back again, although the price was a bit more than we prefer. Overall a good experience.
This was an excellent stop for us on the way from the Loop to the United Center. Waiter was knowledgeable, pleasant, and un-robotic. Very pleasant feel to the place, very good selection of tapas and wines, all served in generous portions. Particularly recommend the pork tenderloin as one of your tapas choices, and you must try the ceviche. We will be back.
Great Tapas. Amazing food combinations. Tasty wine list. Easy ordering. Relaxed atmosphere. Had such fun with friends and never bothered by the service. Would recommend for gals night out and try everything!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Nia. We shared the charcuterie plate, an amazing beet salad along with roast suckling pig dish and an octopus dish. The wine selection was great too and we enjoyed a bottle of Malbec. The service was excellent, the atmosphere very conducive to conversation as the background music was set at just the right level. Definitely a place where we will return.
The food was very good and had a lot of choices. However, the service was just okay. Very impersonal and just not as sophisticated as the food. When the service matches the level of the food, it will be a great restaurant.
Not many diners the evening I ate there, but enjoyed the experience. Plan to go back.
This is my second visit to Nia, and the repeat performance was as fantastic as the first. We enjoyed the wide variety of tapas, and also ordered their signature paella. The food was fantastic and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Our server was attentive without being at the table constantly as well. Prices were excellent given the quality of the food and the service. This cozy atmosphere only adds to the expierience.
Wonderful. The food was great, a bit more "American" than Mediterranean but, very good. The service was outstanding. Gracious, helpful with suggestions, friendly but not pushy or hovering. Just a lovely evening. Am anxious to return with friends & have received info on their wine tastings.
I went with some friends for "girl's night out. We ordered all these small plates, the portions were more than adequate, allowing everyone to have a taste. Everyting had good flavors. The staff was patient and answere all of our questions.
