Live flamenco guitar player was amazing, food was incredible, service (Marty) was great and down to earth. It's a diamond in the rough on Randolph Street, I'd say.
I think Nia's is the best Tapas restaurant in Chicago. I am always amazed at how good everything tastes.
The food was fine; sangria was OK and the service was OK
Ordered the Chef's tasting menu with wine. Overall, food was good but not the best I've had. Biggest issue was wait staff that brought wine paring after dish had been served and in ine case, already consumed. Ambiance was very nice. Decor is very good.
Nice place, large menu with lots of options. A great place to meet the girls after work for some wine and snacks. You can run up a bill in a hurry though, so be careful. Will definitely go back. Very friendly service.
We hit Nia's on the early side for dinner so it was perfectly quiet. The service was outstanding and the food was sheer bliss. Great wine and dessert. Nia Restaurant was an overall outstanding experience. Truly the best bacon-wrapped dates I have ever eaten -- and I'm quite a hunter of these little goodies. Outstanding!
Not the best or most original tapas/small plate place in town. Decor is beautiful, but doesn't match w/ what the restaurant ended up being: overpriced tapas restaurant. Sangrias were weak too.
Four people went to Nia for dinner. Three of us had been there before. We had a reservation for 6:30. We arrived at the restaurant on time. We had to wait about 15/20 minutes for our friends. We were seated anyway even though our friends were not there. The server really did not push us to order drinks or appetizers. Everything we had was delicious. Group of 5 ladies for a night out. Would go there again and highly recommend to friends.
