Food was not special- small portions. Expensive for what was presented. Staff was nice enough but not very professional.
Unfortunately we did not have the best experience The food was undercooked and did not taste good.
After arrival we got seated waited a little bit to get water or a menu or even get greeted by a waiter but nobody came so I ended up walking to the house and letting her know that the entire party of four is seated and we would like some service. 10 minutes later nobody comes so I was already on my phone looking at all the restaurants nearby so we could just walk over somewhere else and after about 20 minutes we got our waiter and he did well overall ., therefore more of a management or understaffing issue then anything but ... read more
We were here for restaurant week. The service was very poor - despite the manager standing at the host station staring at our empty glasses for most of the meal, neither she nor our server came over. The coursing was all over the place - the first four courses came out together within 5 minutes. Then maybe 15 minutes for the 6th course to come out wrong (the fifth course never came out), then another 15-20 or so for the next two, and we left before getting the desert course. Went for restaurant week and was looking forward to trying the 8 course menu. Each course was mediocre at best and a lot of the menu items were missing key ingredients (nia salad and tagliatelle were missing goat cheese, crème brûlée did not come with berries). Went for restaurant week menu. Was not worth $55 per person. I know it is a small plate tasting menu but then portions truly were small.
We had dinner here. The restaurant was basically dead. The food was mediocre for the cost. The server was nice and did a fine job, but we would not go back. Very disappointing.
