RecommendedI am so deeply thankful for Shembeda HVAC, middle of January in a pandemic they came to my rescue. Our heater completely died and they came out within hours of being called and had it replaced the next day. I honestly can not even express how thankful I am. Woke up to our furnace not working and down to almost 60. Jason came promptly and was knowledgeable, kind and explained things very well. As new homeowners we are very happy to have such a great company that’s dependable to come help us.
We ended up contacting Nick Shembeda Plumbing In September 2020 to replace a ruptured clay sewage pipe in the basement. The associates who showed-up to diagnose the issue and offer a quote of the repair costs were courteous, detailed, and up-front about the extent of the damage, deeming it an urgent matter and thereby potentially putting ‘in front of the line’ of other routine jobs already lined-up. So happy with how this service went! I needed to go from a fuel oil furnace to a propane furnace. Nikki was really knowledgeable and helped answer some questions and set up Alex for the estimation for the furnace and changing a toilet, and we were beyond happy with the price! Allen and Troy came and did the work and were on time/early so I didn't have to wait all day wondering. So happy to have heat! Thank you everyone!

Know who is doing work in your home. We had a tankless hot water tank that was over heating causing major damage with our system. It could of been a catastrophic event. After a week of no heat and hot water, we now a new system, and hot water again, thanks to Nick Shembeda Plumbing & HVAC. After this, we won’t be having anyone but them deal with the system. It could of ended very badly for us last week. Thank god it didn’t. Thank you Nikki, Alex and Allen. After the work Allen put in today, he deserves huge bonus.
Lesson Learned... My Family has dealt with water getting into our basement for a long time. We paid a local "contractor " to do the repair, took our money and never did work. I tried reaching out to other "Good"Contractors and received no response. Finally on a Sunday evening I sent a message to Shembeda knowing that I would not hear until Monday, well WRONG!
