I appreciate that a tech was sent out as soon as possible after my furnace quit working this morning. Derrick was kind and courteous. He quickly found the problem and fixed it.

Nick and his team are the best. Ryan came out and gave us our quote and scheduled the work. They started on labor day. It was a big job and they worked none stop to get it done and done right. Very professional and great group of guys. The office stuff were also very helpful in all they did. Will only call them.

I called Nick Shembeda Plumbing and Heating, spoke to a wonderful person, I didn't have time available right away, they scheduled my visit exactly when I wanted it. Ryan showed up, was personable, polite and pleasant. He didn't have what he needed on the truck so he went to the local hardware store, got it and came back to fix my drain. I had a loose faucet handle, he fixed that and checked all the others in the bathroom! I'll never call anyone else and would recommend everyone does the same! Very, very, pleased.

Cannot say enough positive things about Nick Shembeda and his crew! Every interaction is positive! His office staff is extremely responsive, they never go over their quote, in fact thy have gone above and beyond to come under quote! We have hired them to work on our personal and rental properties and they treat each job as if they were working on their own homes! They are respectful, punctual and a joy to have work on your home! These guys are about as professional as it comes. Took care of a clog i had in my drain with ease. Came to my house late at night very polite full of energy snd ready to work. Got the job done in a timely manner and now i dont have to worry about my house filling up with water. Thank you guys for being honest, fair, and doing a great job!
