I appreciate that a tech was sent out as soon as possible after my furnace quit working this morning. Derrick was kind and courteous. He quickly found the problem and fixed it.

Nick and his team are the best. Ryan came out and gave us our quote and scheduled the work. They started on labor day. It was a big job and they worked none stop to get it done and done right. Very professional and great group of guys. The office stuff were also very helpful in all they did. Will only call them.

I called Nick Shembeda Plumbing and Heating, spoke to a wonderful person, I didn't have time available right away, they scheduled my visit exactly when I wanted it. Ryan showed up, was personable, polite and pleasant. He didn't have what he needed on the truck so he went to the local hardware store, got it and came back to fix my drain. I had a loose faucet handle, he fixed that and checked all the others in the bathroom! I'll never call anyone else and would recommend everyone does the same! Very, very, pleased.
