It’s amazing!! This company is great! They are so professional and courteous. They genuinely seem to like what they do and they all seem to be friends. They were happy and helpful the entire process. Shembeda plumbing is hands down the best plumbing/heating business I have ever dealt with. Not only did they fix all issues present from the previous contractor but they went above and beyond to ensure our business was taken care of. The follow up and general concern over our problems was amazing. this is the plumbing and heating contractor you want!!!
Alex installed a thermostat for our gas fireplace, fixed a condensation hose on our furnace and without asking, climbed into our crawl space to check on a dehumidifier they had installed last year just because .... Shembeda Plumbing and heating has always gone above and beyond for us. To top it off, Alex found my mop and mopped up mud he left on the floor. Thank you Alex. You’re the best!
