I've been seeking help for IBS-C for over 15 years. I've been to five different gastroenterologists, had various tests (some of which weren't necessary) and never felt like I was being heard. The pain I have on a regular basis has diminished my quality of life significantly. Nicole listened to everything I needed to say and responded with respect and genuine concern. I did not have to wait long to be seen and Nicole Rivera was very attentive and thorough.
I can't speak highly enough about Dr Rivera and the staff at this practice! They are always very professional and courteous. It's never fun when you have to go to the doctor but they make it a pleasant experience!
Waited in waiting room for 60 min past my appointment time (11AM), then taken to room and waited an additional 27 min. before being seen. Lunch was brought in for the employees and while I wait in the room, I could hear all that was going on.
She listened intently, asked appropriate questions then conversed with me about a plan of action that was attainable for me. This is a refreshing change from some one getting the basic issue and telling you what they want you to do. Nicole actually worked with me to put a plan in place. She was awesome!

The visit was fine, I think I was the first patient at 0825. The waiting time is and has been excessive for quite a long time. However, this is the first time I have an exam from Dr. Rivera. She was thorough, bedside manners good, so yes I think she did a great job.
Nicole Rivera is very personable and very friendly. She remembers anything I told her on the last visit and will ask about it. She is very talented and knowledgeable about her profession.
I had an 8:20 appointment and was told to come early, so I arrived at 8:00am. Nicole did not see me until just after 9:00am, with no apology. Given how early in the day I was to see her, it is hard to see why she would be so late. Next time, I will arrive at the time of my appointment and no earlier. Medical offices seem to think their time is more valuable than mine.
