I was not happy with how the office is run. The staff was impersonal and I did not feel valued as a patient. I had to wait more than 30 minutes to be escorted to a room and then almost an hour to see Nicole. She was in a hurry and did not listen to my concerns. She only wanted to get a colonoscopy ordered and our of there. I felt I was in a colonoscopy mill where the patient and their needs were unimportant. Not Impressed.

She barely looked at me. Typed on her computer the whole time examined me for five seconds and passed me onto the next 2 doctors outside of the practice. I only went to that location because there were two doctors in the practice that should’ve been able to help me. She told me that I needed to get a colonoscopy, but didn’t explain anything about the procedure. A guide with instructions was given to me.Very disappointed with the appointment, and would prefer to see another doctor.

Nicole, PA does not know what she's doing and needs to go back to college to learn some more. They say they'll call you back and what mine was an emergency and was told she would call me back at 8 a.m. the next morning which I never heard back from her butt from her assistant at 3 p.m. . I'll never go back to this facility. They definitely need to re-evaluate her for that position to she's definitely not a PA.
