Ms Rivera was friendly, informative and thorough.
Nicole listened and guided me to a treatment plan that I can live with. She is knowledgeable, answering ALL my questions. Then she recommended a six month follow up so we can continue to work the plan together.
She went through everything with me and made sure i understood
Nicole is always courteous and I feel as though I am talking to my best friend or my sister. Even though she is just as knowledgeable as the MDs, I feel so much better under her care. She is great! She makes a stressful situation bearable.
Wait time was low. Nicole was professional and courteous. It was slightly frustrating to have filled out forms that were emailed to me, then having to redo most of the same material on different forms in the office.
