Response to emails answering questions were non-existent until just before closing. How disappointing that this was a mostly electronic transaction but in order to get answers WE had to call the her.

There was a lot of information I thought wasn’t necessary to have in regards to purchasing a home. Such as Bank South wanting to know where the money came from in Mine and my husband’s savings account, or information in regards to the motorcycle. I think that stuff is irrelevant. It was Much more of a hassle trying to prepare for closing compared to working with USAA in the past.
