This was not our first home buying experience, but it was by far the smoothest thanks to Nikki and her team! Nikki utilized effective communication through not only phone, but her portal app that made my husband and myself fully aware of what was needed in the approval process. Nikki was awesome at explaining to us what the documentation meant, and what our best options were when it came to the actual numbers.
