Nikki did a great job of doing much of the leg work for me as far as contacting others for financial information, tax returns, proof of this and that. She basically did a good deal of work that she could have asked me to do, so she made the process much easier for me. She is smart and on top of it. I highly recommend her.

Maybe a little better communication dealing with how the appraisals worked and offering different options. I was not happy with the appraisals which were ludicrous.
