The office staff did a great job of getting me in and out in a timely fashion. They did each of their jobs well. Dr. London is talented and kind. He has done surgery on my eye with a fabulous result.
My visit went well & usually always does , the staff is very helpful & pleasant !
I had an emergency and was seen immediately.
Dr London is thorough and explains very clearly, asks if we have questions and listens. Wait time for appointment exceptionally long, though. Staff all really pleasant and caring. Over all a good experience except for the wait
My appt was for 3 pm got there early and got in right away everyone was great treat you with respect
I was referred by a friend who also happens to be a friend of Dr. London. I was experiencing some strange symptoms with my eye and my friend suggested I best not ignore them. I called his office and after some formalities they gave me a same day appointment. The paperwork process went quickly and I got in for my pre-exam. I've seen many retina surgeons in both San Diego and Denver, and Dr. London is top-notch. Once when I had concerns about something, without seeming offended or frustrated he nicely encouraged me to get a second opinion from his partner or someone outside his office. The office staff is very professional, friendly, and has been willing to work with insurance hassles. Sometimes the waiting time in the afternoons can be long but that's understandable for a specialist, my vision is definitely worth the wait.

Organized and efficient practice focused on caring for the patient in a friendly and supportive environment. When I saw the doctor every test and photo had been done and reviewed so he had all the information he needed to evaluate my condition. He went through each photo with me to explain what he was looking for and how he made the diagnosis. Dr. London was knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive.
