Staff are professional and kind.
It was the best exam I’ve ever had on my eyes, the staff were all very kind and pleasant. The explanation of the results given by Dr London were easy to understand I appreciated getting a full report including images.
Super grateful for such a caring doctor
Very pleasant waiting room experience with snacks and nature TV. Dr. London is thoughtful and most competent and answers questions fully, showing you his findings and explaining these. The staff is friendly and overall it is a good experience, especially considering how sensitive one may be about his/her eyes.
This my second visit and each time I went to my appointment with Dr. London I was treated by intelligent and caring professional staff members! I highly recommend Dr London, who repaired my detached and torn retina. His thorough examination and timely surgery quite probably saved the sight in my eye. Even though wait times at follow up appointments can take a couple of hours, it’s worth the wait to be treated by an expert specialist.
The staff demonstrated courtesy and professionalism. But even my experience before seeing Dr. London was process- versus care-driven. The waiting space were full to near capacity, and with an objectively extra-senior population this seemed ill-advised relative to contagious cooties (summer colds, even flu and the ever-present threat of Covid). Very comfortable atmosphere. Professional staff.Dr London was very relaxed and explained everything thoroughly I would definitely refer a freind!
Everyone was so professional and compassionate. The appointment went so smoothly and it was obvious everyone works together for the benefit of the patient. Excellent job!
