Dr London and his staff couldn’t give me more confidence in the care I receive. I appreciate his experience and knowledge.
I was very concerned about the process of having floaties removed. Dr. London took the time to call me and talk me through the procedure, alleviating 90% of my fears. The surgery went better than I hoped. Every follow-up and every other appointment for vision concerns, he never leaves the room without asking me if I have any question. He truly cares and that means everything to me.
The office staff and Dr. London are very efficient, caring, thorough and reassuring.
The staff were very professional and the tests were conclusive! Dr. London took the time to explain the scans and he said everything looks good and I don't have to come back! Yay! This was the first time I had to seek out an ophthalmologist because I fearfully had my first Symptoms of flashing lights and floaters! Dr. London put my mind at ease. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to wait five weeks for an appointment, and I did check weekly to see if they were any cancellations.
Dr London is wonderful! So detailed so caring. So glad he is our doctor.

Dr London explains very concisely and is very thorough. He makes one feel comfortable asking questions.He came highly recommended and i was very pleased with my visit.
Dr. London is a very well-trained physician with a terrific staff. Given the nature of the diseases he treats and the number of patients he serves, appointments can take a while, but they are well worth your time and patience.
Staff was friendly, kind, competent. Dr. London was professional, gentle, informative. Great experience.
