My husband ordered a bouquet of tulips for my birthday since tulips are my favorite. They arrangement was beautiful but they didn't last long at all. By the 3rd day, they were looking pretty sorry. For the price of the bouquet I told him from now on, no more tulips.

I ordered two of the exact same arrangements one for a friend and one for a loved one. The first one showed signs of dead flowers within 24 hours however, you did send out a replacement arrangement the next day. The one for my loved one stayed in much better shape.
