For money was paid it was just awful. The bouquet didnt last even a week. Same day was delivered already was not fresh.. I would give zero stars

Husband was told even when I called in that flowers would be delivered August 2nd and they were late. With him being deployed he tried to suprise me for our anniversary and they didn't arrive when he was told they would. He aggravated. Flowers are beautiful though.

My arrangement is beautiful but it was left on porch in the sweltering heat. Had I been out or town or gone for an extended length of time that would have been disastrous.

This is Cherie Ryan grandmother of Taya. The arrangement you sent was nice but not the one I ordered. The one I ordered had large yellow lilies, yellow is Tayas' favorite color that was the main reason I ordered them this was for her 6th birthday. Again the arrangement was pretty with pink roses and pink is not one of her favorite colors. Is there anyway we can remedy this?
