For money was paid it was just awful. The bouquet didnt last even a week. Same day was delivered already was not fresh.. I would give zero stars
My arrangement was a surprise and I loved it. Flowers were fresh cut and beautiful. Everything was packaged nicely and arrived on time
Ordered Tulips that was selected “As Shown”. Flowers did not resemble anything close to the selected Flowers
Husband was told even when I called in that flowers would be delivered August 2nd and they were late. With him being deployed he tried to suprise me for our anniversary and they didn't arrive when he was told they would. He aggravated. Flowers are beautiful though.
Worst experience ever . Delivered the wrong flowers twice .
My arrangement is beautiful but it was left on porch in the sweltering heat. Had I been out or town or gone for an extended length of time that would have been disastrous.
This is Cherie Ryan grandmother of Taya. The arrangement you sent was nice but not the one I ordered. The one I ordered had large yellow lilies, yellow is Tayas' favorite color that was the main reason I ordered them this was for her 6th birthday. Again the arrangement was pretty with pink roses and pink is not one of her favorite colors. Is there anyway we can remedy this?
They sent the wrong plant and were very uncaring and lacked empathy for the loss of my mother and they didn’t seem to care that they sent a different plant than the one ordered in remembrance of my mother.
The arrangement of the fruit looked good but but the fruit itself was tasteless. The fruit did not even look fresh and was of poor quality. The honeydew was hard and tasteless, the strawberries were small and not juicy, the cantaloupe was tasteless and wilting, the pineapple was okay but not great. Overall, very disappointed and I’m sure the person sending it to me spent a lot of money for it which makes me feel really bad.
