They sent the wrong plant and were very uncaring and lacked empathy for the loss of my mother and they didn’t seem to care that they sent a different plant than the one ordered in remembrance of my mother.

The arrangement of the fruit looked good but but the fruit itself was tasteless. The fruit did not even look fresh and was of poor quality. The honeydew was hard and tasteless, the strawberries were small and not juicy, the cantaloupe was tasteless and wilting, the pineapple was okay but not great. Overall, very disappointed and I’m sure the person sending it to me spent a lot of money for it which makes me feel really bad. Bouquet was much more sparse than photo on website. Disappointed that I did not receive an honest photo of what I would get. I felt cheated for $165 to get 5 small roses.

Flowers were not the colors I’d asked for, did not want a vase as I was presenting then to my neice at airport. It was forced to take one anyway, . I picked up a card that was $3.99 and charged $5 for it? Said it was their fee, who’s ever paid more than what it says on a card.won’t be back to this location.
