About Us In 1995, Sheri Fastenrath, DVM identified the need for an emergent care facility for owners and their pets in the Huntsville area. Unfortunately, there were not many overnight emergency options for medical treatment in the surrounding area. RecommendedThey took great care of my 7 month old puppy when she had an accident in the back yard and got a deep laceration to the head. The staff was so polite and understanding. We felt welcomed, and we were updated throughout the whole process. Our hyper stubborn beagle pup can be quite the loud handful, but they so patient and kind with her. I was very happy with my experience here! Thank you so much to everyone that mended my pup back together 🐶

The best animal emergency care ! Called before coming when we got there they rushed him back and took care of him. My Little Man got his surgery taken care of immediately & everything went smoothly. I am beyond words thankful for the care provided by the staff here. Thank you for helping my Little Man!

I brought Duchess in last week due to her having breathing issues, a cough and being very lethargic. The staff here was amazing and didn't make me feel like I was over reacting as a dog mom at all. They took great care of her and was able to get me a diagnosis in just a little over an hour. I highly recommend them.
