I want to start by commending the staff for being very polite. However, I was surprised by how this place operates--it felt more like a human ER than a veterinary clinic! The vet doctor's approach was particularly disappointing. She explicitly stated, "I do not give pricing; someone with a tablet will come in and explain." This felt impersonal and dismissive, as though I was being rushed through a process rather than cared for. The treatment options presented seemed unnecessarily overblown, and the quoted cost for basic bloo... read more

I hate to give anyone a bad review, especially since I’m sure these people love animals but that doesn’t excuse ignorance. FIP is a mutation of corona virus, FIP does not have a test but corona virus does. Considering 90% of cats have corona virus and not the mutation that makes it pointless. Making people feel awful for using an experimental drug (4 cured cats thankyouverymuch) is low. I understand you can’t talk about it as a possibility but to talk so negatively about it is pure ignorance or pure meanness. If you don’t kn... read more

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback. Our team strives to care for each patient as if it were our own and provide excellent, tailored care. We apologize for falling short of expectations. There is no cure for FIP currently, treatment is generally symptomatic and/or palliative care. Any suggestions of euthanasia are based on quality of life for the pet in question. We're sorry we were not able to help Lando.

When we brought in our Chi (lethargic, not eating, feet knuckling, unbalanced) x-rays were done, blood work, etc. Dr. was focused on a uterine infection, her WBC was "slightly" elevated. Apparently, she was extremely anemic, and a blood transfusion was done. Her lungs sounded like there was fluid in them and Lasik’s was given. Dr. said that they "thought" they heard a heart murmur. No mention of the size of her heart. They just said it could be CHF. Since they really couldn't figure out what was really wrong, they wanted to ... read more

Took my daughters cat in, not busy took my cat right away. 2 hours later they came to tell me the vet had examined the cat. 2 hours later! Recommended blood tests.. we agreed. Another hour later they came back said everything looked normal. This cat could not hold his head up and was too weak to stand. They said must just be a viral infection. Fluids antibiotics and anti-inflammatory he should be fine. $800.00 not a hour after leaving he was dead. Not friendly vet the 2 times she came and spoke us (my 10 year old daughter) v... read more

The lady on the phone was beyond rude. I’m scared for my dog and they don’t bill. So to hell with my screaming baby, she sits in pain until our vet is back in tomorrow morning. Wow. She has a tooth issue. I have a tiny chihuahua. She doesn’t understand and broke her tooth bad. I’ll be telling my vet about them.

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback. Our team strives to care for each patient as if it were our own and provide excellent, tailored care. We apologize but we do not bill and for tooth issues, we generally recommend seeing your regular veterinarian.

This place does not care about absolutely nothing about the animals!!! The only thing they care about is money. We had to take our dog in on a Saturday and they literally treated us like trash! The sweet lady at the front desk that night was so sweet to us but everyone else we came in contact with was very rude and wanted nothing but money it was never about our dogs health.

The Dr was uncaring and caused trauma to our cat. Our cat bit her so that’s the first sign there was a problem as she doesn’t bite. She said she was a bad cat and acted like it was so distasteful. I don’t know what happened back there but it wasn’t good. $417 later w/no answers…yeah won’t be back.

This is not worthy of someone who works in medicine. This is so insensitive of you. You should be ashamed of yourselves. https://www.facebook.com/sharonzito/posts/10158030549672511
