Our dog was seen by Kate french. One of the first thing she says is how our dogs mix breed is a very bad mix. (Siba inu mixed eskimo). Proceeded to ask questions on allergies and neutering and she made us feel dumb for even asking. Then proceeded to muzzle our dog which is fine but our dog hasnt been to vet in a couple years so didnt know what to expect. Everything went well but she suggests next time we drug our dog when he comes in and has extra restraints.. HES 18lbs?! If u cant handle a dog without drugging him maybe u s... read more

I have had multiple bad experiences with this vet clinic. But the one that will stick with me is when my dog was 2-3 days after giving birth, and she was only nursing on one side. All my research had said it could be three things. Placenta still inside her, a stillborn still inside her, or a calcium deficiency. After running hundreds of dollars on tests, they said nothing was wrong and to go back home. I repeatedly asked if she could at least get calcium vitamins. The vet finally allowed me to have some. And by the end of th... read more

I brought my sheltie in today. The vet was more interested in not getting her lunch and decided for me that my dog didn't need the surgery. Some of the staff was very kind n one was kinda telling me i was late n would have to pay for a emergency price. I felt like i was being punished for being ill myself n have to wait for a ride to go places. N my sheltie didn't get the right care n didn't let me make the decision.

Totally corporate ask for medication that my dog was already prescribed for but could not fulfilled due to them needing in other blood test for something they already said she had

Business response:

We are sorry you were frustrated by our request to bring your dog in for an exam for limping. Although your dog has tested positive in the past for tick diseases, we have not needed to treat for symptoms since 2009. The reason we need to see her, is to determine if her symptoms seem related to her tick history or is something else going on. Please let us know if there is anything we may help with.

My dog had a cancer tumor that we were trying to find out how bad of a cancer tumor it was so we sent a sample in for testing Dr Kemplin said that when we got the sample back we would know if the cancer was aggressive or not and we could then decide how to proceed. I was very pleased and felt good about our plan after this first visit. The test results came back inconclusive because the sample that was sent was too small. Dr Kemplin said that the sample size needed was the size of a pinky and would require $600 to get that s... read more

Business response:

Jason I spent sometime speaking to all individuals involved in the miscommunication. I can assure you that the practice manager was not refusing to talk to you, at the end of the day everyone is extremely busy and she asked that a message be taken and she would return your call when she could. Your dog Rex is a very sweet and gentle boy. Unfortunately, he has a type of cancer that can potentially be very aggressive. What we try to do is stage the type of cancer he has by a variety of ways. The least expensive... read more

Terrible experience here. Was told at my puppies initial vaccines that the booster shots were included in the price. Sent my significant other in for the booster appointment and was charged AGAIN despite being told the initial charge was all inclusive. Very disappointed in the service received here. Will not be bringing my pups back. Staff may need further training on pricing for services.

I DO NOT recommend this place whatsoever. My cat contracted ringworm from the facility and it I do not want anybody else to deal with the terrible things I had to go through from trying to solve a simple problem.
