We live in the cities and make the hike out to North Branch every time our little hounds need care - their prices are fair, their care is excellent, and we love the staff. I absolutely love Dr. Chambers and the entire staff at North Branch Vet. We receive cards in the mail about reminders for appointments and shots. After each vet appointment, we receive a call 2-3 days later following up about our animals and how they are doing based on the most recent visit and what needed to be done. The staff here are very kind understanding and just all over amazing. Thank you so much. The Dr took the time explaining to me things I needed to know and even said anytime day or night to contact them if I need for major issues they would either advise me on what to do or get me the necessary help. I have been to vets offices and this one has by far been the best! Thank you so much for everything.
I brought Lilly in and thought she probably had something I could not afford to take care of and would have to euthanize her-special thanks to Dr. Chambers who did some tests and made a plan and I'm happy and relieved that I could take her back home with me-and I think her plans may be what Lily needed-the clinic doctors and assistants are great-I'm glad we have this service in North Branch and would definitely recommend them to all
We've been taking our five (yes, 5!!) pets to NBVH ever since we moved to the area three years ago. We recently had to say goodbye to one of them, Smokey, a 16 year old cat who has been with me from the start. End of life matters are never fun, but Dr. French and the entire staff were exceptionally caring and kind throughout the entire time.
