I want to thank North Branch Veterinary Hospital for their incredible service to my cat Carl. Their prices always seemed fair, they told me the prices before performing work, and their staff was always knowledgeable and so loving to Carl. Unfortunately, Carl was run over and we took him in and and after an x-ray, decided we needed to put him down. Dr. Bailey has always been so wonderful and knowedgeable. Again today, I made a trip to this clinic for one of my animals. Today's last minute trip was for my cat, who had been limping and not getting along very well. As usual, they squeezed me in and even though it was a Friday and the clinic was very busy, they never made us feel we were being rushed. It turns out my cat had been bit, probably by another cat and had a nasty abscess.
