I have been going to this clinic for well over 10 years now. The veterinarians and the entire staff is absolutely top of the line. Just a few months ago my Ace had a reverse sneeze and bleeding through his nose. Dr. Rickard was very aggressive with finding out what was going on, thank God. She had her theories however we needed to be certain. With blood work, CT, scoping of his sinus cavity there was a fungus. Chief Brody and I miss our friends at NOAH. We had our final check up and health cert completed in January in preparation for a cross country move. After 6 months with the wrong vet, we found Dr. Rickard and the Team at North Oatlands; thank you Dana, Beverly, Alexis, and the other employees for being so helpful, attentive, and kind to my smoosh faced drooly boy. There is no comparison to the expertise offered by Dr Rickard and her excellent staff for a breeder needing reproductive services. All services are preformed on location with top notch equipment. I have two large litters of ten pups each from old frozen semen. They were outstanding in helping to make sure these critical breeding a took place and the pups and moms were healthy. I highly recommend them.

We have been going to NOAH for over 8 years. The staff is VERY knowledgeable and so friendly! They care for our pets like they are there's! Goldie, Smokey and Sheldon are so lucky we found Dr. Rickard. We always feel like we are visiting family when we go here! I've never been in another Animal Hospital that is so clean! It goes to show how much they care! Thank you to ALL the staff at NOAH for everything you do!

My dog and I have been in a few times, I am very pleased with the staff and the facility. Everything is clean, everyone is friendly and the vets are knowledgeable. I've had some bad experiences with vets pushing unnecessary procedures or products and they do not do that here!

I'm a thorough reviewer generally, this practice ain't it! Dr. Rickard, the staff, as short as this review. Negative place. Dr. Rickard has a God complex and as far as our 11 visits have shown (only by grace of their specialty), the advice, interactions and medical recommendations is on the backbone of strange & unorthodox.

It is no wonder people are not getting proper pet care and the animal control departments are swamped with work. Places like this, do not make it affordable to care for your pet, and price gouge you for literally every single thing they do for them. If your truly in this business to help animals, why would you do this? It is a beautiful facility, but that's because every single thing they do, including even looking at your dog, comes at a high price. if you want to have terrible experience and financially Rob, definitely you should go there ! I am a breeder and visiting veterans in DC metro area and Europe more than 30 years , I never been write a bad review for anybody . but this people are theft !
