I took my dogs several times to NOAH over the past several years and since they moved to the new building the service went down the hill. Everyone is very rude, no customer service whatsoever, and the staff is not very knowledgeable. Dr. Ricard has been late every time I came in, and you are left to deal with her staff which caused my dog to get the ears cropped the wrong way. All of my family's pets went here for their care and normally I would recommend them. We haven't had an issue with any of our pervious pets which is why I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1. But with my current puppy, there have been multiple experiences that make my dad and I look for another vet. When my puppy was about 4 months old, I was told that I wasn't feeding him enough due to his weight. Okay, so I started feeding him more. Boarded my dog here over Christmas and labeled and dated his food. I also explained that he has a sensitive stomach. When we picked him up, there were two meals still there, meaning he wasn't given his food. On top of that, he came home with horrible diarrhea, unable to hold it, pooping everywhere in the house. I called the next morning so he could be seen and they wouldn't see him until the following day. Unbelievable that my dog came home sick from this place and they wouldn't see him on the same day.

Horrible experience, had a 9am appointment, I was the first in the door with nobody else waiting. Was seen by a gentleman for weight and Covid screening, very pleasant professional young man. Nurse tech came in and was friendly! Then at 9:22 the vet came in and said our dog needed more vaccine shots after the one we were doing. That was not my understanding. I believe in giving people/businesses the benefit of the doubt, so delayed in writing a review. However, more than sufficient time has passed for this business to make things right, and that has not been attempted. In summary, take your pet somewhere else! This practice offers the worst customer experience and has demonstrated that they are all about the money, not about the animals. First I'd like to start off saying that the staff here is incredibly awesome and kind. 5 stars to them. However!!! Dr. Rickard is a whole other vibe. She is rude, inconsiderate, socially inept, and intolerable. She will belittle bird companion owners and repeat herself as if she was unheard. I could go on a tangent trying to describe how incredible awful she is. If you need to find an avian vet I would use this place as a last resort.

This place sucks, we have tried to give them a chance after multiple attempts but the staff and DR are extremely rude and over charge compared to others in the area , not to mention, they charge for a consultation to make an appointment ... do not recommend at all

Worse experience. Haidy "the office manager" Refuse to honors the Free First Exam coupon that's on their website. They also refused to give me the records of the procedures.

No consistency in reproductive care. Prices for the same service are all over the place...meaning I go in for the same service and the price is always randomly different. Vet always complains about something. Prices are out if you h with other reproductive facilities I've used. I used to drive an hour each way, but now I'll drive two hours each way to receive better, more consistent reproductive care.
