RecommendedAfter receiving not so great care elsewhere, I transferred Lucy over to this vets. All my dealings here have been fantastic. In particular Dr Bailey has been nothing short of phenomenal in providing care to my scrappy little Jug (Pug x). Shes had her fair share of health issues and has had to have two operations. Dr Bailey has shown wonderful care and patience in all his dealings with Lucy and me! North Shore Veterinary Hospital and SERV saved my rabbits life. The staff reassured me at 3am when i thought I was saying goodbye to my bunny for the last time telling me they can treat her and that it's not as bad as I feared. that reassurance meant the world to me.

Extremely professional, passionate and caring. We recently lost our dog to an emergency. Our dog was being treated for a heart condition at north shore. When she became ill, we called the vets at north shore, they rang the vet where we had taken our dog, gave support and advise over the phone to ensure she got the best possible treatment. That was a month ago and today I came home to card from the north shore vet hospital sending their condolences stating they wanted to wait to send the card to allow us some grieving time. Great new facilities in the Artarmon office. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. They provide great advice with option to keep my furries happy and healthy.
My heartfelt thanks to the kindness and empathy that you showed me through the 5 days Mr Darcy was in hospital and the small panic attacks I had with him afterwards. Despite him trying to escape, I know he was well cared for and has since fully recovered and has even managed to lose a kilo :)
The knowledge on exotic and other animals is the best by far I have experienced in Sydney . The staff are caring , they keep you updated . The best medical technology .They are open everyday of year , So you have the security when you need them most they are there for you and your best friend .
