I couldn't rate the team here highly enough.. Kelly is such an amazing, caring vet. Of all the patients she would see daily she still remembered things I had said to her the last time I was there. Really makes me feel that she genuinely cares about every animal there. Sometimes I feel crazy with half the things I ask when I am there, and Kelly always smiles and doesn't make me feel like a crazy person for asking. So grateful. Wouldn't take my beloved bunnies Huxley or Anais anywhere else! I've gone to lots of other "cat/dog" generalist vets before and they have messed things up sooo badly -can't hold my bunnies properly, held them by the scruff of their neck (!) messed up calici vaccinations (thanks Greencross!) and misdiagnosed E.Cuniculi as just a sprain. But Dr Vella and his team are nothing like that. Very generous and always careful care treating out Louie bear who has an ongoing eye condition! Very thankful for the Doctors, surgeons, nursing staff and reception who all seem to care primarily for our puppy above all else!
We took our Saint Bernard there yesterday for an eye consult. Travelled from Newcastle & got caught in some unexpected traffic. They were extremely accomodating, friendly & helpful. Great consult & surgery done same day. Very happy with care & outcome. My only issue was that we weren't offered assistance to get our very groggy saint in the car & after tryingourselves had to ask for help. Once we asked the nurses were fantastic. In the past it's been offered up front. A small hiccup though. I have been taking my saints there ... read more

As always extremely professional and caring. My Ferret had her second surgery in as many weeks. As stressful as the waiting is, I'm always confident my girls are getting the best possible care by excellent vets in David and Jo. Sometimes the drive can take 90 minutes but it's worth it when you trust the vets that are looking after your beloved pet.
