We had an OUTSTANDING experience with North Shore and can't recommend them highly enough. What we thought was pneumonia in our terrier quickly turned into a very dire situation which North Shore handled with the utmost professionalism & grace (not only with our terrier Stella but with US!). Heartfelt thanks to Susie, the ophthalmology nurse whose beautiful energy and love of animals shines through. I felt so confident leaving my 15.5 year old poodle, the love of my life, in your hands as she prepared for surgery. Bessie's hero is Dr Cameron Whittaker who thoroughly explained the cataract and corneal surgical process to me. I am very to lucky to have met and dealt with such a lovely man.
