My warranty issues were all addressed, however one issue wasn't solved. I ended up getting a recall done that I wasn't aware of and the service staff were very friendly and understanding.

North Side Mitsubishi has the best service department in the city! All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was consistently advised of updates and the work was performed very quickly. I have been recommending this service department for a few years now and will continue to do so. Regardless of the make of the vehicle, these guys are great.
