Awesome group of people to deal with. I will continue to have my Ford and Jeep in at Northside for any service work or even Oil changes. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was in last week getting new tires and alignment on the Jeep, the service staff are hands down the best in city and surrounding area, but even the sales staff were great. While I was waiting around, a couple of the sales staff just struck up a regular conversation. Truly a first class group of people.

1st class treatment from everyone I dealt with, Kyle in sales was able to find exactly what I needed and was able to make sure I got a great price on my trade in and low monthly payments. Hoda in finance was awesome super quick and thorough making sure I got what I needed in such a short time. Christie and Rodney in service were spectacular in getting my car through pdi in a time frame that worked for me as I was vehicle less after trading in and getting future appointments booked as well as picking me up and dropping me off... read more
