We have owned several Mitsubishi vehicles over the years, we have bought all of them from Northside Mitsubishi, they have all been serviced at Northside Mitsubishi, and we will continue to do so. I had received a recall notice and finally got around to making an appointment. I had an appt. within a week at a time I had requested. When I arrived at the service area they knew who I was and what was required. Although the service attendant noted it might take two hours, it only took 1 and a half, plus they washed my vehicle. All staff were pleasant and professional.
First time I've been here but they were fast and efficient. Nice waiting area with lots of snack choices.
