I had received a recall notice and finally got around to making an appointment. I had an appt. within a week at a time I had requested. When I arrived at the service area they knew who I was and what was required. Although the service attendant noted it might take two hours, it only took 1 and a half, plus they washed my vehicle. All staff were pleasant and professional.
