We have owned several Mitsubishi vehicles over the years, we have bought all of them from Northside Mitsubishi, they have all been serviced at Northside Mitsubishi, and we will continue to do so. I feel we also have a good connection with the staff there, it feels like a good relationship has been established between us and the staff. We adore Kristy!

I had received a recall notice and finally got around to making an appointment. I had an appt. within a week at a time I had requested. When I arrived at the service area they knew who I was and what was required. Although the service attendant noted it might take two hours, it only took 1 and a half, plus they washed my vehicle. All staff were pleasant and professional.
