We had purchased a demo vehicle from you and discovered that the battery was weak. the battery was replaced for us at a reasonable shared cost

Kristy was amazing at being the face of the work. She is personable and cares about the people. I was happy to find that the mechanic found extra problems and fixed them rather than waiting for me to find them and have to bring the vehicle in to the city again. It sucked that it took so long to complete, but I'd rather know that it was completed fully and no future issues should pop up. Well done all.

Had to try twice for this servicing. The first time was delayed by 3 hrs and I needed to leave without the service getting done. Got it done the second time.

There was a tiny mixup with my tires being thrown into my vehicle versus stored. It was entered wrong on work order, and not reflected in the price. Tire storage prices are extremely reasonable already, but it was a quick fix and they made it up to me which I didn't expect at all :-)
