Caring and compassionate! Hated the reason for being there, but made it easier for me to handle everything.
We took my boy there a week ago and were met with nothing but friendly attitudes. The techs and the Dr. explained everything in detail so we knew what our options were and what was going on. My boy is back to being his ornery self and we have them to thank.
Thank you Dr Matthew and staff for care provided to Tiger Joe on Saturday 10/7. Having never had to use the ER clinic, I was beyond pleased with the service, treatment, and compassion shown.
They did as much as they could for our dog until we could get her back home an seen this afternoon.....thank you for everything that was done
Though we weren't there long (2 days) and we lost our sweet Piston, this place was amazing. All Dr's, techs, and staff were so kind, helpful, and did their job to the fullest. They kept us informed on his condition, they explained what they could and they researched what they couldn't explain. A really great team of people. Thank you!

Brought in my dog last night (9-16-17) his intestines were coming out of his butt, we drove about 40 minutes to get to get to the hospital and when we arrived we were quickly placed in a room, I assume since he wasn't pouring blood and nothing was life threatening we were not immediately seen by the vet. We filled out some paper work and asked a few question and waited just a few minutes for the vet to come in.
