RecommendedI was referred here by my vet because he suspected an ACL rupture in my 8 year old labs knee. From my consultation and Charlie's surgery the same day to his follow up 8 weeks later the staff have been wonderful. I wanted to say thank you so much for helping our puppy Ted! The nurses and doctors are so kind and easy to talk to. It helped ease such a difficult situation! Although the prices aren't cheap, it was worth every penny! You saved our fur baby & I couldn't be more thankful!
What to say......There are not enough words to express my feeling for the staff, nurses, and the doctors. My little boy Buddydog is in the hospital now after his second hip surgery. I was so worried, was it fair to put Buddydog thru surgery again, would it take away his pain, what would be his quality of life. I had so many questions. Our sweet Dog Domino passed away suddenly 2 weeks ago at home. We rushed him to the emergency hospital but he was already gone. The staff was so beyond helpful & kind. They sent us a clay paw print, and a card filled with the most thoughtful notes from all the staff, as well as a couple ink paw prints to remember our sweet boy. I cannot thank the doctors and staff enough for saving our Lil lady Shadow Ann. They took wonderful care of her during her time with them. The doctors truly take the time with you and explain everything and answer any questions you have. I am so glad they are open 24 hours a day because as with your "babies" you never know when you will need them. Again Thank You and a very wonderful holiday season to each and everyone of you.
