Dr. Totten saved our puppy's life by diagnosing her condition when other vets in our area were unable to figure things out. We now have the meds she needs to make her healthy and her future is bright. So glad we made the trip down from Michigan. Thanks to Dr. Totten and all of the staff, everyone was so friendly and professional! Knowledge is power and our puppy is happy!!! Thanks!!!!!!

Was one of the best facilities I have had the honor to spend time at. I will continue once I have graduated to refer animals to this wonderful facility and if need be bring my own pets here if need be!

I have 2 very sick kitties, they are my children, and my best friends. I had already had them to 3 out vets, and my when my friend Renee Jessen told me to get them to N.E.I. Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital immediately, I put them in their carriers and took off. I had no idea where I was going, but I knew that this was my last chance of saving their lives. Our Buddy had a seizure for the first time and the team at the hospital were compassionate and professional. So glad they were there for him and us, was very scary.

I was referred here by my vet because he suspected an ACL rupture in my 8 year old labs knee. From my consultation and Charlie's surgery the same day to his follow up 8 weeks later the staff have been wonderful. Dr. Coolman and his assistant did a great job answering my questions and making me feel comfortable with the fact he was having surgery (I'm a big worrier when it comes to surgery). I wanted to say thank you so much for helping our puppy Ted! The nurses and doctors are so kind and easy to talk to. It helped ease such a difficult situation! Although the prices aren't cheap, it was worth every penny! You saved our fur baby & I couldn't be more thankful!
