Thank you so very much for the sympathy card I received in the mail today for Kiwi. We have had to bring all 5 of our dogs here and now our bird. I appreciate the fact that even though it was my bird that died, none of the employees treated it like it was just a bird dying, it felt like everyone understood that she was a part of our family and her death has brought me extreme grief. The card was a very nice gesture that I feel went above and beyond. Your employees are beyond amazing. We have been there so much that we know t... read more

Excellent hospital and staff. I drove 2 hrs to take my dog for back surgery and they called me every day with updates and were very compassionate with my Betsy. I highly recommend them.

This emergency hospital has been there over the past three years for me and my fur family! They saved my new puppy Cosmo after an allergic reaction from one of his medications received at our vet. They have been there numerous times for my princess Mollie and her continuous intestinal problems. They have always called to check up on them the next day to see how they were doing. It's always a comfort knowing that I can take my fur babies to this emergency hospital whenever my vet is closed. The only real downside is they can ... read more

I have been here twice, once on Mother's Day 2014. My cat was sick and had troubles breathing so they put him on oxygen and took good care of him. Unfortunately he had feline leukemia and I had to put him down. They gave all the time I needed with my kitty and let me be in the room. Hardest decision I had ever had to make. The staff was very nice. This second time they were excellent! I had brought in a cat that I had taken in because she was a stray. Her leg was broken and the doctor did an X-ray and found out that my cat h... read more

Dr Jill Kitson and her staff have been professional and compassionate in their care of my dog Sam. Sam basically blew out her right back knee. Because of her advanced age and atrophy of her muscles and nerves in the back hips and legs surgery wasn't the best option. Instead Dr. Kitson recommended rehab. Sam goes in twice a week for laser and E-stim therapy. She also has recommended a harness and some supplements that have helped greatly in getting Sam back to quality life. She and her tech have talked with me and not... read more

Dr Coolman and his staff are wonderful. At nine months our puppy Giles needed leg surgery for a deformed forearm. Although recovery was long and trying it was well worth it. For the first time Giles could run, play fetch, and keep up our other doxie!!! Although he only lived for three years after. The surgery was well worth it. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Unfortunately he died of a lung issue at 4. But Dr Coolman made the last 3/4 of his life wonderful. Thank you NIVES.
