The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Edgar is very good. She doesn’t hurry the appointment and answers all questions with thorough and understandable explanations. I wouldn’t want ANYONE else caring for my buddy.

Northgate is the best and the staff is so caring and wonderful, I had to have my dog put down this week and they were so compassionate. The vet hugged me as I cried and even sent me a sympathy card with a hand written note inside.

First time I went here no problem. Second time, not so much. My cat needed surgery to amputate her front leg. We were sent home with what we assumed was enough pain meds to last 4 days, until surgery, it was short 3 doses. That day the cost was $600+. I called about the meds lasting thru til Monday and it was going to be another charge. I love this animal hospital SO much! Dr. Kennedy is wonderful and so great with my pets. My cat was suffering from an infection and I called today (on a Saturday) to see if they could see us without an appointment. They were so busy and every appointment slot filled but Dr. Kennedy told me to come in anyway so we could get my kitty out of pain.
