Northgate Small Animal Hospital is a first class, top notch facility for your pet care. I have taken my dogs there off and on for the past twenty years. Every appointment was very positive. The staff is very caring and compassionate. During his recent visit he was treated by Dr. Lucas Stahlheber. Dr. Stahlheber was very gentle with his exam and he nailed the problem right away. The doctors and staff are always willing to answer any questions I have about my puppy's care. They are very caring and compassionate.
My pup was not feeling so well yesterday and when I called in to Northgate, they were very attentive, asked great questions and quickly found a time for an appointment. Dr Edgar always is very friendly, she listens well and explains things clearly. She was able to identify the issue and get us what we needed for my pup, and me, to feel better. She also followed up with a call today. I am grateful for people who are passionate about their occupations and that has always been my experience at Northgate.
Great staff!! Dr Kennedy was great with my hedgehog Loki. Will definitely make this my go to veterinary office.
