I promptly reached out to Northside and spoke with a representative. Horrible they dont inform you of the payment for the radiologist to look over your reports and to send to the doctors I will never to bussiness with this company again worst ever healthcare I have ever seen

I had my annual mammogram on 09/11/2023 at the ****************** at Northside Forsyth. I never received my results, and the center told me they had lost all my images and information. They offered me a courtesy mammogram and assured me there would be no cost involved whatsoever. I had the second (courtesy) mammogram on Oct 4th, and received a bill soon after from Northside Radiology Associates for the reading of my images. I had a mammogram and bone density tests done August of 2022. According to the business office at the imagining center both tests were covered under ******** and Supplemental policy. The billing department used the wrong codes according to ******** and they denied the claims. I have contactedNorthside radiology for the past year every month and I am told they will look into it. When I booked a lung cancer CT, I was told the total amount I needed to pay (including everything) was over $200 and I paid that amount by credit card. A couple of months later, I was surprised by an additional bill of over $600.

I'm currently on my 11th phone call to a 6th facility/business to try to get answers as to how NS Radiology Associates got my insurance information and was able to bill my daughter's insurance without authorization. Speaking with people in another country at their billing office in *************** has proven unsuccessful. It's obvious by reading reviews on the internet and seeing the reviews here that this LLC has a history of randomly billing people and making it so impossible to fight the bill that most people just cave an... read more

I had some MRI and diagnostic procedures performed by Northside Radiology. My insurance company ******************** completed an EOB showing my portion of the bill was $51.43, Despite multiple letters and phone calls, Northside referred a large debt to a collection agency. They completely ignored the correct amount due based on their insurance agreement. Now I am having to fight the issue with multiple phone calls and further letters. The billing ***** is not competent or responsive. Do Not Use this medical organization!
